I like to wrap the fish in leek (ramp) leaves, with maybe be a little friesh basil in the body cavity, the broil for 10 minutes a side.

Thank you, friend brings rainbows back from out west every year. His cooking stinks, looking for a better way to do it.

Or in an oven safe pan, put the trout in with a couple wedges of lemon, cherri tomatoes and mint leaves. Cook at 350 till the skin pulls off the fish easy.
